Privacy policy
Who we are
AI Overzicht (krijgaioverzicht.online) helps businesses in Ede and the Food Valley region appear in the answers of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this policy.

What data we process
When you request the free AI check:
- company name, website and town;
- the contact person's name and email address;
- up to three competitors, if you name them;
- when you gave consent and confirmed your email address.
To prevent abuse we count requests per IP address and per email address, using an encrypted (hashed) value: we do not store the IP address itself. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person and processes technical data from your browser to do so.
If you become a client, we also process the data needed for the contract, invoicing and payment.

AI services
For the check we ask AI services questions about your industry and region and analyse the answers. We send only business data, such as company name, website and town. Your name and email address are not sent to AI services.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We work with these processors:

Some of these parties are based in the United States. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. To be settled: which processors are used for good, with data processing agreements.
How long we keep data
- Requests that do not lead to an assignment: 12 months after the request, then deleted.
- Client data: for as long as the contract runs, and after that for as long as the law requires (7 years for the accounts).
To be settled: the final retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. Email your request to info@krijgaioverzicht.online; we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, restricted access to the admin area, and a log of admin actions.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technically necessary data on the form to prevent abuse.
